Thai Herbal Massage

Balinese Massage

Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Deep Tissue

This therapy is of deeper pressure than Swedish Massage and is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.

Back, Neck & Shoulder

Provides deep relaxation to the stressed shoulder muscles, stimulates the flow of blood and improves the functioning of the lymph system. Reflexology

Shirodhara Therapy

Shirodhara is a significant therapy working through the deepest levels of ones being. Flow of warm medicated oil is poured continuously on the forehead and helps to connect and rejuvenate the energy systems within the body. This specialised treatment helps to improve blood supply, thus increasing the supply of nutrients and oxygen to the tissue and promoting the unblocking of nerve impulses to help relieve tension.
